Hi There, I’m Caleigh

As a nurse, I worked in high-stress environments and saw the limitations of modern healthcare. I turned to yoga and experienced its holistic benefits firsthand. I earned my 200-hour certification in Vinyasa Yoga and have been teaching for five years in studio settings, community group classes, and private sessions. Recently, I completed a 500-hour Yoga Therapy certification and an 85-hour Prenatal Yoga certification.

I value the benefits of energy healing and have undergone Reiki II training. I incorporate the energy body into my yoga classes, recognizing the role it can play in managing stress, pain, and illness.

My passion for yoga lies in making it inclusive for all. I teach various styles of yoga to various experience levels, and my goal is to create a welcoming environment where everyone can benefit from the practice.

As the owner of Guiding Tree Yoga, I am proud of the team members who have joined me in this mission to promote holistic wellness for the body, mind, and soul.

Our Values

Promoting Physical & Mental Health

We offer a variety workshops and events to further promote physical and mental well-being.

Support Systems

We’re supportive individuals who are dedicated to the practice of yoga and the pursuit of inner peace.

Accessibility & Inclusivity

We believe that yoga should be accessible to everyone, regardless of physical limitations or financial means.

Benefits of Yoga

Physical

Yoga helps to increase flexibility, strength, and range of motion. Yoga improves overall physical health by preventing illness and injury, decreasing pain, and supporting balance in the body in the presence of existing chronic illness.

Mental

Yoga practice can be a wonderful holistic tool for improved mental health with tools that can help diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD. These tools help to relieve intensity of symptoms and build resiliency.

Social

Yoga communities can be essential for curbing feelings of loneliness. A routine practice within class settings builds a social network of support and encouragement.
