Event Policies:
Refunds are not available for special events/workshops (no exceptions). If you are unable to make it please let our team know as soon as possible and an account credit will be considered (though not guaranteed) depending on the event type, timing of and reason for cancellation. If you do not email or call and do not show up to an event or special offering, a $10 no show fee will be charged and your account will not be eligible for a refund or account credit.
Reiki Level 1 Training

Spring 2025- Renewal Yoga Retreat
Join our community for an spring weekend getaway in the Blue Ridge Mountains. It will be a time for movement, breath work, reflection, and relaxation. .
Our Spring Yoga Retreat will take place in Crozet, Virginia at the Mountain Light Retreat Center. This is located about 30 minutes west from Charlottesville. Price includes accommodations, food, several group yoga offerings, including physical practice, breath work, and meditation. Participants will be responsible for arranging transportation to the venue. The studio will facilitate carpooling from the studio for those interested.
2 Nights: 5/2/25 – 5/4/25
There is only one private room still available, but several shared room spots.
Price range $500-800 depending on level of privacy: Sign up by Feb 1, 2025 to receive $50 off.
Fine Print:
A nonrefundable deposit of $100/person will secure your spot. Depending on sign up date, the studio is willing to accept the total payment split up into a payment plan. Payments will be accepted by check or cash or electronic quickbooks invoice. If you choose to pay electronically via quickbooks invoice, there will be a 3% convenience fee added to your total. If during the time leading up to the retreat, you need to cancel and the studio is able to replace your spot from a waitlist, you will receive your money back minus the deposit. If a replacement is not found, refunds will not be available.
