Our 1 year commitment memberships and yearly unlimited membership can be placed on hold one time (up to 3 months) per year for extended travel or illness. There is a one time $150 cancellation fee to cancel your membership before a year.

Appointment and Class Policies:
Appointments that are canceled within 24 hours or in case of a “no show” will be charged the full price of the appointment or debited a session from their package (No exceptions).
Students that do not show up for class or cancel within one hour of the class start time will be charged a $10 no show/late cancellation fee.
Discounts
We have a student discount and student of life discount (students over the age of 65). Please inquire with a member of our team for the discount code to process your purchase yourself or we can process it for you at the studio! Students and those over the age of 65 are also eligible for sliding scale memberships. Please reach out to info@guidingtreeyoga.com to apply.
